• Delivery days Monday - Saturday, No deliveries on Sundays but customer service open for enquiries and updates 7 days a week
• $4.95 flat rate delivery fee
• 8.00am - 6.00pm (Up until 10.00pm if requested - no extra charge) (Valentienes Day Delivered are from 6.00am - 11.00pm)
• Same Day Delivery Guaranteed for all orders nationwide received before 11.00am Malaysian time.
• Please state your preferred delivery time when you order. Sorry we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our delivery hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date you specify.
• If we do not receive a specified delivery date we will deliver at the earliest conveniece, and we will advise of such in our confirmation email.
• Delivery to Homes, Offices, Bars, Hospitals, Shops, and all other locations required.
• It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
• If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
