Please be sure to read our delivery policies carefully before ordering
- We deliver Monday - Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays but customer service open is for enquiries, updates and new orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week
- We have a flat rate nationwide delivery fee of US$4
- Our standard delivery hours are 8.00am - 7.00pm Monday - Saturday
- We have guaranteed Same Day Delivery (if required) for all orders placed before 1.00pm local time (+8GMT).
- Please state your preferred delivery time when you order however we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our standard delivery
hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will
be delivered on the date specified.
- If we do not receive a specified delivery date we will deliver on the first available delivery date.
- We deliver to all residential, commercial, retial, public and government addresses
- It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your
recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
- If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will
not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the
surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the
address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
